"Billy", a partner with Metropolitan Management Company, has been with the company since 1987.  He has been involved in leasing and management of all of the properties in the company's portfolio.  In his primary role as Director of Property Management, Billy oversees the daily operations of the shopping centers.  He manages construction projects, renovations and tenant improvements.

Billy has also been involved in the development and construction of several shopping centers, including Midtown Marketplace (Baltimore City), Crondall Corner (Owings Mills) and Mountain Marketplace (Pasadena).

Billy’s combined experience in property management and brokerage provides valuable insight for his team members at Metropolitan Management Company.  He is a graduate of Towson University, with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
